Femme Poster. 300 × a Woman
Main Gallery 8.04. - 2.05.2004
The exhibition showing a part of the Poster Museum at Wilanów collection was a review of 308 works that were produced in the period spanning more than a century from 1900 to 2003. Its leitmotif was the image of a woman in Polish posters of this period. Based on this review one could trace how the roles of women were changing – from social ones, to cultural, to historic and idea-based. Exhibition Curators: Anna Zabrzeska-Pilipajć, Michał Warda
