Posters from Finland. Tapani Aartoma, Kyösti Varis

New Gallery 5.-28.03.2004

The exhibition was an opportunity to present works of two Masters of contemporary Finnish poster: Tapani Aartomaa and Kyösti Varis. 126 posters on social, cultural and sports subjects produced between 1967 and 2004 provided a picture of changes in the work of two graphic artists. The exhibition was organised in co-operation with the Finnish Ambassy in Warsaw. The exhibition was accompanied by the publication of a brochure and the leading poster of Kyösti Varis design.
