'Safe on a Road'

"Safe on a Road" is name of a social campaign as well as title of an exhibition which was opened on Monday, 28th May at 6 p.m. in the New Gallery of Poster Museum at Wilanów. The show was a summary of a competition organized by an advertising agency, Adah Advertising in collaboration with Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Poster Museum at Wilanów. The winning posters were also presented on 100 billboards and citylights in Warsaw. Individual artists as well as design studios or advertising agencies were invited to take part in the competition. Among the authors, the majority were young designers, especially students of Academies of Fine Arts. The organizers received 215 participating posters. Jury formed by: Waldemar Świerzy, Wiktor Jędrzejec, Franciszek Starowieyski, Mieczysław Wasilewski, Stanisław Wieczorek and Grzegorz Adach representing the organizers didn't award a first prize.
